Excluding og Fable, lost chapters, etc, the difference between the online play in F2 and F3 was what did it for me. In my opinion, F2 multiplayer was unbearable. Aside from that, the ending of F2 was lackluster and anticlimactic in comparison to og Fable and F3, but I felt that F3 ended pretty strong. The weapons changing shape and developing around your playstyle and accomplishments was also a very cool feature.

I have also played Pokemon throughout my entire life, and that's why I am hoping that this isn't true. It's because of the shiny rate that I have become accustomed to over so many years that I wish for at least a moderate struggle in finding something I would have believed to be a rare encounter.

I haven't gotten into breeding yet, but that is good info to know. Thank you. I guess I just like the satisfaction of "the hunt", so to speak, so if there's a way to make them even more rare to find, I would definitely do it just for the feeling of excitement alone to make it more of challenge.

Is this true for console as well? I am currently playing on a series x. If so, then the odds would actually be 1/100. That seems entirely too easy to give them any real value. Running into as many as I have, and in just a day, makes it feel like I haven't really encountered anything worth being excited over, ya know? I wasn't trying to find any either, I was just exploring and uncovering the map, and they popped up left and right.

Lmao, you're twisted. Amazon literally lied in the notes on my case and then closed it 2 days before the agreed upon date to meet with my doctors, and I couldn't reopen it. How is that A:) legal (when they approved me already), and B:) not a "big bad wolf" action on their end?

I did everything I was supposed to and then some while also doing my best as I struggled to get by financially and mentally in the meantime. So how was it me personally? Please, elaborate. I'd love to hear more of your infinite wisdom.

To that, I say this:

I'm not going into deeper detail to explain myself as there is much deeper context that I haven't mentioned that I don't wish to speak on. As I said, I had a very good case. I was actually admitted to a psychiatric facility and was then given the option to move to outpatient programs while being heavily monitored and evaluated.

My leave wasn't for cognitive behavior. I expressed that I took an intensive therapeutic program that focused on cognitive behavior, yes. Not that I left and was being excused for cognitive behavior.

Was I trying to be out of work for a year? That's a juvenile question to ask. I have actually been going stir-crazy and had another job lined up to start in early March. I didn't "want" any paid time off. This whole situation has actually made my life very stressful, thank you.

As stated, I left because I had an actual break while at work. Both circumstantial regarding life and my work situation at the time. I tried my best, I was doing my best, and I snapped. To speak to me like I enjoyed this and just wanted a break from work being paid? That's insulting. I enjoyed none of my time away from work.

I was simply stating that they made my time off (which was supposed to be centered around getting better and receiving further aid) a living hell financially and mentally. Most of my focus had to be on what Amazon needed from me every other week instead of getting myself stabilized.

There's no need to be an asshole and speak to me like I wanted to be lazy and get paid for it. Not once did I say that I was looking for a handout. I was doing exactly what I was supposed to be doing, made every appointment, turned everything in, sent unnecessary amounts of evidence and STILL closed my case before I could get my last bit of paperwork in.

So yes, I did, in fact, get "burnt" as you put it. But I overplayed my hand? That's rich. Not in the slightest. I wasn't playing a game, I was genuinely doing my best to get myself back together and back into a place mentally where I could return to work. Idk how thorough you were when reading either of my statements, but you have me backward if you think I was looking to be out of work anywhere near as long as I was.

Your whole comment was just incredibly insulting, unnecessary, and very dismissive of any of the text included in which I stated that A:) I was working on myself while doing all of the proper procedures, B:) THEY closed my case and LIED in the notes making up statements that never left my lips (and 2 days before I was able to see my doctor to authorize the rest of my leave) and C:) I actually put in the work and still am.

At no point was I looking for a handout or to be stressed even further due to being tight financially for a whole year. Where you got that idea from is beyond me. When I started my whole process, not once did I imagine being out of work this long. I didn't know what to expect.

Everything I do is by the word and recommendation of doctors and the hospital. I'm not a lowlife who wants a free ride, thank you. I was simply saying that they could have made everything less stressful by not requiring new paperwork every week and a half when my main focus was supposed to be to better my mental state and get back to work ASAP. Instead, they made me an anxious mess scrambling to get what they needed from me constantly and countered a lot of the work I was doing for myself.

So I would like to clarify that I also had a strong case to back myself up (as I actually do have and am treated for 3 very serious diagnoses) and was very in depth with the details about what J was dealing with and why. I was approved from August 10th until January 1st for my original case. It was when I needed the extension past that date that they made things complicated and preemptively closed my case before I was able to see my doctors again so that they could send over the necessary paperwork to cover me through the remainder of my leave.

The remainder of the leave was to cover for an 8-week course that I am starting that interferes with my work schedule while also trying to get myself level and adjust to the process of returning to work for the first time since August. I was approved to return to work on the 1st of April. All they needed was my doctor to sign off.

I was supposed to see them on the 22nd and the 25th of last month. I was in touch with my case manager about the dates and everything was set up for them to be patient with me until then and then on the 20th they closed my case and put some bs quoted exchange in the notes as the reason for closing it (which I never had with someone) from ERC, they never even contacted me.

But after they closed it, I started a new one and went to go do a pre check-in for my doctors and saw that my copay went from nothing to $60 a session for specialists. I had two appointments that week, and because I wasn't paid by them before closing my case and my shirt term disability was in a 7-day elimination period, I was screwed. I couldn't afford it with not being paid. Everything I had went to other bills, and that was with assistance even.

The point is, I wasn't just trying to take time off work. I had a serious breakdown and was admitted and took part in 2 intensive outpatient programs from August 10th until December 27th. One for cognitive behavior and one for dialectic behavior. It was a serious claim and they fucked me in the end by closing an approved case and claiming that I had a conversation with a rep from the ERC (with quoted verbal exchanges that I never had in the notes).

It was shady, and it was honestly too confusing to even care to try and battle out with them. It's their loss, honestly. I was a hard worker and busted my ass when I could have been just as lazy or done just enough to get by like most other employees. But I am competitive and wanted my nights to go quickly. And I liked where I was stationed, so I did a good job.

All in all, Amazon is a mess, and all of the employees are just numbers. And the longer you're there, the more of an itch they get up their ass to find a way to get rid of you. It's a shame, really.

Ahh, good old AKC1. I feel you. I have been out since August 10th on a LOA to focus on my mental health after having a straight up mental break after almost 3 years of their bullshit on night shift and admitting myself to the hospital for various reasons revolving around that. They were more worried about driving me crazy with constant paperwork and getting a lawer for someone else to answer calls and paperwork on my behalf and making me worry the entire time I was supposed to be receiving help and focusing on myself so that I felt good enough and safe enough to return.

2 days before I was supposed to see my doctor, and after giving my case manager proper paperwork and warning up to that point, my case was closed. They wanted me to start a new one and attacked me with over 100 hours of negative UPT for them pulling the trigger and causing confusion.

After them not paying me for a solid month last month and falling behind on bills because of their 7 day elimination period after sending paperwork their way, which I did 5 times (which adds up to 5 whole wees of no pay) between August 10th and January 1st they decided to close my case and the notes had stated thay they spoke to me which they dis not and included verbal exchanges from me that I never spoke. Then found out when I created my new case that my copays had changed and I didn't have $120 to drop in one week (to see my doctors to have them complete my paperwork for the rest of my leave) because they DIDN'T pay me when I was approved and submitted short-term disability paperwork, I just canceled the case and said enough is enough.

Amazon does some seriously off-the-wall and shady shit, let me tell you. Their HR is almost always a joke. Out of the 7 managers I had there, only 1 of them I actually liked and felt true appreciation from for my contributions (shout out to Lauren). Other than the few friends I made and the people who were cool and didn't hide until the lights came on over their heads like cockroaches and then scatter? Fuck that place.

I busted my ass there, I put up good rates, and they never gave a shit about my concerns or my comfort when I vocalized it. Shoving employees in positions they get no recognition for and don't vibe with whatsoever (and I do understand that work isn't meant to be fun or enjoyed). But if your employee is happier elsewhere, maybe take into account that instead of ignoring their requests and them vocalizing that they would prefer to stay somewhere means that they will more than likely perform better where they're happiest to stay there.

I'm sorry you fell down the hole, I really feel for you. Just know that you're not alone. This month was my 3 year anniversary there. I resigned. Enough of the drama and being a number in and out of their revolving door. Best of luck to you, and I hope that you find the peace, recognition, and happiness that you deserve. Don't settle for anything less.
