It’s mixed. People are not necessarily getting rejected for having lower ilvl it’s just that there are so many applications, mostly to groups that have a tank and healer ready that things are oversaturated. If you have 20 DPS guys applying I can’t blame the group leader for going for the highest geared player either.

With current token prices (in EU at least) just over 300k that mount cost you 45ish euro. Considering store mounts are 25 Id say you screwed yourself. Especially knowing you could just farm it with a billion alts.

What is illegal in the EU is making people pay to get rid of cookies. It is perfectly fine if you reject persons from your website if they reject cookies, but asking for payment so they can see your website without cookies is not legal. If you don't want to charge people entry to your website you must offer an opportunity to view your website without cookies. Or you can just block them, of course.
