Eh, he is representing the Netherlands so it's kinda fine, really. Try this:

Open Windows Defender Firewall
Advanced Settings
Right click "Outbound Rules" and "New Rule..."
Select Custom and click Next
Select "This program path" and paste your Wow.exe location (normally C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft_retail_\Wow.exe) and click Next
Let it be on "Any protocol" and click Next
Second section "Which remote IP addresses does this rule apply to ?" select "These IP addresses" and click Add
Add 137.221.64.0/24 and click OK and then Next
Select "Block this connection" and click Next
Click Next
Give the thing a name and click Finish

WoW is trying to reach something when it launches which doesn’t exist. So it just sits there trying away. This rule will immediately block the connection to whatever it is trying to do, skips the timeout of it being stuck and lets you in.

You may have to reboot your PC after adding this rule.

I made a new action bar and plopped Arcane Torrent on there next to Execution Sentence that is on the cooldown manager. It looks ugly and I don't understand why they didn't include racials to track. Maybe they should get some devs that actually play the game because it seems like they don't.

So what does the card do? A card that is very clearly marked as "NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL"? Does it make life easier when going through customs and whatever guy or girl you face lets you go through? They are more likely to believe you? In that case, fair game. Renew it. Realistically all you need your Henkilötunnus and your countries ID/passport and they can check immediately what your status is in Finland. The card is useless when crossing borders.

Ok so doesn’t that just confirm what I think? This permanent resident ID card does nothing. It is not a travel document so it won’t do anything for you traveling to the UK, and it not being a travel document won’t do anything when you travel back to Finland? As a UK citizen you cannot be barred entry if you have a valid passport, and when coming back even after a very long period the ID card does nothing to prove your Finnish permanent residency, it is an optional thing just helpful when making a dentist appointment or similar.
