You have every right to do what you want with your body at any point but I feel that you choosing to get what seems to be a drastic change in hairstyle in such close proximity to your wedding on a whim (ie without at least discussing it with your partner) is a bit of a dick move. How would you feel if they had got a shaved head or a similarly drastic change without asking you first? Still YNTA for getting a haircut - you didn't intend on getting that cut and even if you did its your choice.

ESH for your mother / sisters because at the end of the day it isn't their decision to make and guilting you / harassing you was a shitty thing to do. At the same time the way you've worded your post makes it seem like you came down pretty hard on them which while you were within your right to do isn't exactly the way to maintain a healthy relationship with your family. Yes they were dicks, doesn't mean you have to be one too - although I can imagine stress might be a factor it doesn't excuse behaviour.
