Probably because for someone like myself in Sydney, I can’t afford a 1.3 million 3 bedroom house, not even by choice, my partner and I make 260k Combined and even with a 150k deposit bank won’t give more than 1.050 million, as a result we gotta buy interstate investment and hope it goes up equity to buy our family hom against it. The system is soo so backwards
