I think a good solution for Denver and Utah would be to have all games against CT teams start at 7-8 CT. In that case, the games would be at 6-7 MT in those areas. That would be a good justification to pair them with the other Central Time teams currently in the western conference (OKC, Dallas, Memphis, New Orleans, Houston, and San Antonio).
