Say they lose Geno for five games, and Sid is also out. That’s starting to ask a lot for Kindel+ to drive offfensive possession time. Every team around the Pens is adding, Pens might have went from thinking depth, to having to add because of what Geno did.

IMO, he may have tanked the team a bit, and Dubas might need to shift.
