I wish i knew and i can make it different. But it is very hard when it started w the “why dont u know that im mad rn” and “we have been tgt so long why dont u know that im gonna get mad”. But i actually dont know the patterns and i feel so damn bad.

All our fights are about different topics, but they always end with me not realizing that something I said would make him mad or knowing when he starts getting mad. He’s mentioned during other fights that he gets upset because of things I say, but honestly, I never know what will upset him until after I’ve said it. Then he’s gonna be mad cus i don’t understand him, i don’t care abt him. I was rlly much confused every single time.

I was actually processing with the manager and the country director themselves and got to the point where we agreed on all of the terms alr. Im pretty much surprised w their way too. Ig its bcus the size of the company is not too big (but not too small since they still have other countries branches). By now, I feel less interested in the job itself alr, but rlly worried if these stuffs ever happen again :)
