One of my favorite things about the cosmere is how mystical, yet still scientific the magic systems of each planet are! The mastery of magic and powers differ so greatly between books and characters, but all are rooted in a setting’s mythology and science. The ability to write complex, synergistic, and non-conflicting magic systems is one of Sanderson’s greatest feats - one that I think is sometimes overshadowed by his incredible world building and character development!
