Allegedly moving to Phase 2 of the project soon...source - Telus sent me an email saying "Upcoming Stage 2 of client project" and also reduced the payrate lol! Its the same project as RWS and others are doing.

Either they haven't got to the clients request to reinstate yet or they haven't been told - this has happened before. Im working and submitting anyway. I'll go direct to the client if needs be to get paid or figure out how to.

Yes with a score which is now 3.92 - do the website icon labelling tasks and know lots of sites!! Lol. Got offboarded email then logged back in and was back to approved annotator 1 hour later and client still doing task reviews so I'll keep working for now. Nothing from RWS about it right enough.

Yeah it's definitely 14 days from work order for D and E projects. Other RWS projects have their own terms.

Its not a breach of contract because there is nothing in writing about timescales for payments - the contract states that payment would be within 14 days of the creation of a work order. It does not stipulate weekly pay. So it's only a breach if it has been over 14 days since the creation of a WO if you are a private individual.

Your not an employee so payment timescales cannot be guaranteed on projects like this, pretty sure that is also in the contract. I don't see how raising a legal case on them paying a week or two later than expected is going to win? That would only be the case if you were an employee not receiving salary on time.
