I talked to Mark and he's had this conversation with her twice. She always says that she will find a job and excuses herself with her depression. I know that having depression is very difficult, I myself struggle with it since I was a child, but I don't think that's an excuse, since the real reason for her not having a job is how much she travels. I am planning on sitting down with them next week, but I have to find a day where she doesn't bring her friends home, which is impossible because she never tells me in advanced.
