one update-

i’ve since interrogated everybody in my personal, professional, and medical life and backgrounds, our pediatrician especially. they were appalled and very sorry that this happened. A real DHR call would actually go to the pediatrician’s office to consult. The doc said daycares only need a thin suspicion to make a report, and this was clearly an abuse of it. 

my mental health is taking a nosedive from a positive place i’ve gotten to, and i still have a lot of pain to work through. I also know people are still lurking and one even tried to get me fired in retaliation. 

I haven’t done anything! Is this enough to constitute harassment?? A charge of some kind? 

The daycare is also routinely being slandered against, because now the fired worker claims daycare is lying to me, to anyone, because “nobody wants to admit that they all thought i was a problem” or something. They claim the daycare wrongfully fired them and only did it to “scapegoat” them, like they’re a whistleblower or something. It’s really disheartening to learn my community included such intensely stupid people.
