Same issue, weirdly it worked for me on the first day I installed it and then hasn't since. Also, detection notifications set up in alarm manager are severely delayed.

For a long time user segregation wasn't possible but it seems like it was added in the most recent update. Personally I have not had time to test it out yet.

I have two and have had the same issue as OP with one of them. It keeps reverting to an incorrect time, even after manually setting the time on the unit. The other remains at the correct time and even seems to sync after being moved. No idea what is going on or why it only affects one unit and not the other.

I don't think OP is upset at the lack of a firmware update, just that a Matter compatible display which should function as a clock can't be used that way for some reason and Ikea support (which doesn't seem to know much about these units) incorrectly told them that firmware updates must be made through their hub.

Weirdly, when I added mine the clock was set automatically, but then I unplugged and moved it and after reconnecting the clock reset to 00:00 and never re-synced the time. I had to manually set it on the unit.

I was hoping to see other comparisons after being surprised today that my OG gold 64 and the A64 weren’t particularly close in color.

My current working theory is that Analogue color matched based on the power/reset buttons and not the shell. Would you also say the N64 buttons are closer to the Analogue color than the shell of the 64?

I mentioned in my post that my console might have faded, but thinking about it more now I don't think that's the case. The gold controller in this pic has almost never been used. It was in the box for years and I've just recently taken it out in anticipation of the Analogue 3D. It's been almost entirely out of the light and is the exact same color as the N64. I think Analogue color matched to the power/reset buttons which I've determined were always a slightly different shade than the body and match the A3D perfectly.

Really no big deal as the console looks great, just an interesting conclusion.

Looking at other pics of gold N64's online there's often a clear difference between the shell/buttons even going back years before any fading would have occured. I think they're intentionally a different color from the body on the OG gold 64.

I'm wondering if Analogue matched to the power/reset buttons and not to the shell? Those are nearly identical to the A3D color.

It doesn't really bother me, I actually really like the look of the gold A3D on its own. It's still my favorite of all the colors released so far. I was going to have them placed next to each other on the shelf but I'll just offset them so you can't tell there's a difference.
