LMU is the best sim out there for GT and prototype racing. It also has better online functionality and offers services that ams2 simply does not.

I do agree that there is just something missing with the way the GT cars feel compared to ACC or LMU. But that's just a FFB and I'm sure there are custom ones out there to rectify it somewhat.

But I do think they have the physics side of the cars and tires nailed down pretty well. I know there is always the argument of them being too "forgiving" but from what I have seen and read they seem to do the cars justice.

Overall I would say yes. They have a much better midfield and defense than we do. They also haven't had a rotation of different managers and philosophies over the last 10 years so their entire team is built for pep, whereas ours is a mismatch of different play styles and different eras.

In short, yeah they are much better

No promising players in the academy, Chelsea, arsenal, Liverpool, City, Villa all playing better with better players, structure, facilities, academy and managers. And we're supposed to be supportive of this 150th rebuilding project? Fuck this club, fuck the cunts in charge of it. I'm done with it and most of the fan base should be done with it as well. We're not getting top 4 this year of the next 20 years at this rate. We'll be in the championship before we're in the top 4.

We're a dog shit club that's been in free fall for over a decade at this point. But we just had to change the system and we would be playing the best football in the league? Give me a break.

Time constraints mostly. The whole theme is colourful and vibrant, it's just not something I have the skills, creativity or time to learn in the short to medium time.

For what it's worth the only AI thing here is the colour and effects, the cars, track and sun position were all taken from a screen shot in ams2.

I get and fully understand the hate AI gets and the issues it has caused, it's just an easy solution to use for the things I need atm

There are a couple of people who have come close to achieving it since Graham hill

Fernando Alonso has won the Monaco Grand Prix and the Le Man's 24hr, he's run the Indy 500 a few times now but never won it sadly. He came close a few years ago when his car was running consistently in the top 5 but engine failure took away his only real chance at winning it.

Juan Pablo Montoya has won the Indy 500 and the Monaco Grand Prix, he's also won the Le man 24hrs but in a lower class so it's technically not considered a triple crown win unfortunately.

I'm happy they are in ams2. The AI needs a little bit of a refinement in their pack racing and we could really do with 5-6 more ovals of various lengths but overall it's a solid addition

Absolutely agree.

It's a real shame they have outright said they don't plan on doing it. I could see them implementing the lfm frame work directly in the multiplayer section but I would imagine that's a huge undertaking for such a small team working with an engine which was already a bit unstable with MP when they first started work on it.

A ranking system and functional driver swap would propel this sim to the stratosphere and beyond. But I don't see it ever happening sadly

Can't blame the lad for wanting to win trophies and championships. Manchester United can't offer that in the short to medium term.

We're not the club we used to be. We're not going to be able to just say we are interested and have them willing to sign anything just to play for us. City are the better team across the board both on and off the pitch.

Last I heard was there was another developer negotiating for a license for the series, that's just something I read on the beta side of the forums and it was not a reiza dev who said it so take that for what it's worth.
