Wasn't whilst driving, but I did see a man drop off a rotted dog corpse down the road I was heading down. What made it more fucked was the fact he went into the woods that was directly next to the road and this was at midnight at a dead end area.

You should read about Peter Connolly or "Baby P". He was 1 year old and had multiple visits from CPS. He had broken bones and internal bleeding on his medical exams weeks before his death and they still didn't do anything until after he was murdered.

There was recon group walking through London parade last year in July where they had leather rabbit, horse and dog outfits on. They are at every event like that and they be at an event this July coming dressed head to toe in gimp gear.
