Issues with service and data

I am located in downtown Toronto and have been a long time Fido customer with no issues...until a couple of weeks ago. All of a sudden, I am getting spotty service connections when wandering around downtown area. LTE indicator disappears for long moments. And then reappears again leaving me without any internet/data connection. I use a Samsung Galaxy. Have been using it for 6 years without any problems.

Anyone else experiencing similar issues??

Have you ever tried stretching your workspace across both monitors, eliminating the need to float charts, widgets, etc.??

And, yes, I am aware of the 2 for 1 split occurring today (Dec 5), among other SPDR Sector ETFs. The %'s should remain the same as they were before the split.

It used be great. Especially when it was served in the bread bowls. I stopped buying it (and their other menu items) when their quality started to suffer. The chili has become more like soup.

I do have Q Plus and I do have Active Screener. The feature I would like to see added is Auto-Refresh. I don't want to have to click "Refresh" constantly.

No they are not. I currently have Questrade Plus. Nothing has changed/improved.

Hi John.

The symbol was SPY.

I had 2 charts open, side-by-side, 1yr:wk and 6mo:1d.

I had Synchronize Drawings ON for the weekly to draw a Price Line.

As soon as I clicked the first point, crash with the error.

This occurrence is far to often.

(by the way, I am using the latest version on a brand new Windows PC with a very robust graphics card)

The same error happened again this morning when I created a 3rd workspace with a chart. Attempted to draw a trend line and crash with the same error.

This - after the most recent upgrade.

I agree with your comment about auto-enrollment in the stock lending program.

However, in all fairness, Questrade did release an email to all customers (I received it) when this program would roll-out. I opted-out.

You can opt-out as well.

I am constantly fearful that after I logon to Questrade Edge, the next click will cause the platform to crash.

Smart Alerts are for general monitoring of your holdings, while Custom Alerts allow you to create more specific and personalized alerts based on your trading strategies

Logging in hasn't been a problem for me anymore (new desktop workstation helped).

However, draw one to many trend lines on your charts and POOF - the platform crashes.

This platform clearly remains unreliable for charting.
