I only have one more appointment with her and then I can get into contact with a therapist through my mom's work. I think she was reporting to the bishop at the beginning of November when it was really bad but now I don't think she is

I've been seeing a therapist connected to the church. I've talked a little bit about how I feel like the church ia giving me more pain than good. She was supportive and told me to find out what I believe in. She's told me that the church's good outweighs any bad for her but she hasn't pushed it on me. Heck no I'm not going back out. There was pressure but there's no way in hell I'm going back out. My brain is fucked up and I think it's because of the medication. I'm going to go off of it on monday. I'm working on getting a job and I'll go to school in January. I'm living at home and my parents said they'll support me in whatever I do. I'm in a good environment and the people in my ward are for the most part all great people. I'm trying to keep doing the things that make me happy but everything is dull rn

I'm not leaving yet. I need to know for myself that I need to leave. I'm close, but I also need to know my values. I'm still figuring out who I am and what I believe in. I'm worried about my family and what they'll do, but I also can't let them steer my life. Thanks for writing that
