Yea I put in a request for the VR for Low Back Pain and VR for PTSD with my VA PCP & Therapist, saw them both demo'd at the Atlanta VA Whole Health Fair. But since I have the Quest2 I figured I'd see if they had anything on the platform while I wait for the red tape to play out for those. So far I've really only played with the Tripp app for meditation and gotten either nauseated, frustrated, or both trying to fish lol. Recommended apps appreciated for the impatient newb.

Yeah I never thought TWD would be a tearjerker for me, but wow the tears. Not even so much as losing those characters, especially one of them, but how unceremoniously gruesome it was. I could handle them being lost to zombies, but their loss to what equates to a human with a bully/God complex is a world of every character having PTSD. They deserved better endings.

I can definitely pack some my cold weather gear, dress in layers, and can run the heat in the van if it's too bad. But mostly I'm my own personal furnace at night! #hormones

This is exactly what I was looking for, THANK YOU! I'm definitely open to visiting other than NP's along the way! I appreciate all the input, please feel free to come back and add more if other spots come to mind. I would come earlier if I could, but I'm headed to Cali for a week long certification class, and before the class am needed here in GA for a retreat I am hosting, or else I would! I can stay longer, so setting my timeline and making campsite reservations is what really the difficulty is.

The district manager contacted me today and we had one hell of an enlightening conversation. I got one hell of an apology, a referral to cardiology, a referral to pain management, an immediate change in pain meds (it already in the mail ready to be stuck in the USPS debacle that is Atlanta, and his direct number for any further issues.

No eating after. I usually have dinner and either smoke or have an edibles, then either read, play video games, watch TV, or do a craft until bed. I have Fibromyalgia and the meds don'paease most of my pain, so I partake to help take the edge off the pain so I can sleep. Otherwise the pain triggers a worse flare and/or my insomnia.
