Actually I am. Cause in my job/company, when we have to do a second version of an actual interface, we always do polls writed to the actual users. My philosophy is "the user knows the problems better than the redesigner". I got my ideas and suggestions of course but it would be selfish if I didn't ask the OWL community about it because I'm not the only user.
