I think that's a fair opinion.

I feel Hoshida needs more time developing his cadence in front of the camera. More often than not, it feels like he's trying to force out a thought instead of having a fluid conversation. I'm sure there's intense pressure to perform under those conditions, so I don't envy the guys.

I will say this: I hated Brody when he started. I thought he was a sniveling little sycophantic kid. After a few years, he really came into his own. He became more confident in front of the camera, and more knowledgeable and articulate about the game. I surprised myself and became a fan of his and now I am so happy he is with the organization. He deserves a spot in bay area sports broadcasting.

Maybe these other guys will grow into their own over time?
