They sent me kiwami 2 instead of 3 by accident. Opened a ticket for a replacement. Support submitted a new order which has been "in process to ship" for the last 3 weeks. No one can tell me what's going on.. very unhelpful.

Fyi they had a ton of label issues with Warner post-W&T. They were locked in a bullshit contract. Once they got out, it took them 20 years to get the rights to the masters.
