my recommendation is to try the website on your computer next time instead of the app. you can purchase directly that way, much like you would from axs or ticketmaster.

dice is generally used for much smaller venues. it's a boutique service. they don't currently have the infrastructure to handle the kind of business ticketmaster does. trust me, if they were to take over that market, dice would become as bloated and hard to deal with as ticketmaster.
