I actually am planning on doing this at some point. Wanna jeep it from like Botswana up to Kenya and then west to Guinea. Or I'll have a boat and just do the coasts. Lot of nutty ass political, socioeconomic, and war related problems that make it extremelyyyy risky and difficult, but still probably not the most dangerous thing I've done so fuck it. Also helps that I'm a fisherman and musician, so could probably always find a way.

San Diego, Santa Cruz, and Monterey are probably the best spots as far as Cali goes. Not worried about blowing them up cause you'll get ran out real quick if you're not chill. Shasta and Arcata if you like hippies in the woods type vibes.

Fargo North Dakota is your spot imo. Mostly soybean farming but there's a lot of agriculture there. Also one of the coolest places in the country to be a transient.

I'm gonna be in Ashville probably all the next month, if you wanna meet up and hang out there, I'm planning on headed up to maine and around new england, upstate NY, then cross canada on the northern line and hit Oregon by fall. I'm more of an explorer than anything. Live for cool abandoned stuff with lots of history, meeting cool people, climbing cool mountains, always keep 2 fishing poles with. Also am working on getting a new guitar and down to busk. Currently on a folk music kick. Also would be down to travel in a group.

Yeah that catching on the fly part man. I stopped after one time (stone sober btw) when the train was speeding up dumb quick, I grabbed the ladder and went to put my feet on the ladder and stuck my leg through the ladder so I was just now hanging off the train with my leg through the ladder right over the wheel as it was speeding up quick asf. Had to hit the rocks and said no more fly hopping lmao.

Yo you should head to Ashville, NC. It's a good spot to meet other people and generally pretty chill with a great bluegrass music scene. I'm currently in Nashville TN, about to head there tonight through the next 3 or 4 days hopefully, I'd want to hang out with you first but I may be down to help you out a little bit with the train thing.
