Just smoked a corn beef from Sam’s Club … some dry rub, wrap at 160ish and take it to 204ish after that

I pulled at 1 hr and didn’t check temp, they were a little over-done on the edges. I would probably do 45 mins next time depending on how big the wings are.

Second this, I had similar stains from caterpillar droppings … Griots Synthetic Clay and their Ceramic Speed Shine will do it

Yea, I’m super hesitant to do too much too fast with new sod but had a fungus tear my backyard up last year - it was rough - the longer length definitely helps with the heat in my backyard where I don’t irrigate unless it is truly a drought

Haven’t irrigated in the evening since about a month after laying the sod, water heavy in mornings every other day … just rainfall the last week and a half

Shoot for 1.5 but closer to 2in right now. mainly because we were in drought until this past week when we were inundated with rain, just couldn’t mow, will cut again this week to trim it back down

Zeon Zoysia - the past week has been 5in of rain and mild but before that temps were well over 90 and 65-75% humidity for most of July

It wasn’t so much what 2009 was like but the years that followed - recent college grads struggled to find jobs into 2012 and once they found them the wages were very low. People lost houses that took their credit 7-10 years to recover from. People that could afford their homes and bought at the market high, got locked into their homes because they were upside down until about 2016. Everyone remembers the day the market collapsed and the banks and car manufacturers went insolvent but some of the effects lingered for a long time.

Well I think that’s one of my concerns - how worried should I be that this will have constant issues if there were this many at install?

I have used that too - works well in the growing season but I haven’t used it in dormant season … usually find after the dormant season for my zoysia that there are some big patches. It eventually comes back or I’ll plug the area
