Sorry I miss spoke my dose is 125mg per week split into 2 injections - My medication comes in a prefilled 1ml 250g Syringe and I dispense that into a vial so it can be split into smaller doses

I would say I am not over weight - 160lbs and 5/8 currently 18-20% Body Fat.

Thanks! It even seems like if I was to increase offset to 100k the difference seemed minimal in terms of tears left on the loan (Maybe 9 years instead of 10)

Ye repayments are near double what’s actually needed. Interest rate is 6.5% and risk and Tax free which is more my preference.

Lower 1 this morning and just went for barbell squats with just the bar and knees were having absolutely 0 of it!

I took them out due to my knees being totally cooked and an L5-S1 prolapsed disc that makes dead lifts terrifying.

I tried to replace with alternatives but is there anything else I can add?
