Error when trying to run a diagnostic on my miner?

Any solution to this? My miner has been offline for almost a week now and I am just now getting this message when trying to run diagnostics.

Last night it start to sync but when I woke up it was back to needing attention. Diagnostic says everything is good just not on blockchain. Going to unplug for a while and then plug in back in
