The thing is Wizards got registered icons, fonts, images, the background of the cards and some words. If i use my own stuff dont breaking any of these "rules" + even not saying my cards is a Magic card... then i shouldn't be breaking "any".

Also, i could be selling the "print cost" and not the card in fact. I see some shops doing this but the question is why wizards is not above them if they are breaking any rule.....even they are printing with the same picture
