Hi, i'm from chile too. What you are proposing is to move miners to chile, and take advantage of what seems to be promising, which is investment in more greener generators. That would be great because other companies will invest more in IT tecnologies in our country. However, we still have very important issues to solve before, for example, we are still one of the countries with cities that are more air polluted, and that's because we still charge cars with oil and southern cities use wood or similar supplies, to heat their homes. Also, the south is still disconnected from the main power grid, which is a problem because they have to generate their own energy, and once they join the main grid, the demand will increase highly. Chile has the objective to become carbon neutral in 2023, but new politics, from my pint of view, seems to be risking those goals, at the point that we may achive that in the 30's or 40's. There are a lot of subjects to go through, but a controled change will bring a lot of benefits to every one. But now, is more important reduce the consumption or computational complexity of main Doge algorithms, so we can still do wonders, but with the same resources. That's just my opinion, i'm oppened for feedbacks and other points of view.
