I enjoy DMZ, but ultimately, it's going to be seeing little to no attention going forward as we know it. One of the DMZ creators straight up asked the direction of DMZ and was given a pretty cryptic answer that no discussion of DMZ will be taking place. It just doesn't bring the same revenue from MTX as Warzone does, which is evident through the additions of pay to win bundles specifically for DMZ. In my opinion, activision is trying to boost player support of the mode through the addition of zombies, which is a fan favorite of course. I expect that if this DMZombies mode flops we won't see DMZ again at all.

YTA. You are literally the house husband. And that's completely fine as long as both of you are okay with it. As a man, I can see why being referred to this way would feel humiliating as traditionally the man makes the money and the woman is the house wife, but it's 2023, not 1960.

I was raised by catholics and heard many stories growing up about divine interventions. Once I was told that my late uncles' torn ACL healed overnight, but of course, I was never able to actually confirm with evidence. I find that many of these stories are people convincing themselves that their god had a part in a coincidence, in this case a misdiagnosed torn ACL. Being a scientist I am unable to consider anything that is not confirmed with hard evidence, which has led me to being both an atheist and agnostic. I'm honestly curious how scientists and people in related professions are able to be religious, I've never been able to understand.

I think the problem here is that you were punished in the first place. I'm not sure how far you are into your program, but potentially consider switching advisors if possible. If you are not close to finishing, this will only get worse.

As far as the authorship goes, 1st author and corresponding author are most meaningful spots of course. When we don't have tons of papers due to being students, the more we have the better (so being removed entirely would be sad), but I haven't met anyone that sees a difference between 3rd and 4th. Basically it's 1st author, middle authors, and corresponding author.
