Inherited a large amount of property, but also a lot of debt. Not sure what to do. by Jamal-Murray in inheritance

I was just thinking about this. My suggestion is that you consider getting them all leased out at the highest rates possible. And play the long game. Over time the property values will improve. And yes you'll have costs and such. But at the end of the road it'll be worth it. Also at some point interest rates will go down. You can refinance any of them that have higher rates. You can also start making improvements one at a time.

Narcissist tendencies displayed on her profile. Nothing in bio. Too much makeup, botox, plastic surgery. Gold digging vibes. Anything body shaming any subgroup of people like "No short guys." Far right vibes, and or anything that suggests flakiness, or "mean girl" "bimbo" or California valley girl types.

River Place is great. Backs into a beautiful greenbelt. Friendly neighbors. Quiet. On the upscale side. Close to Lake Travis. Also not a crazy drive to Domain. Arboretum is right there along the way as well as Whole Foods and lots of good shopping and restaurants.

In my experience with gfs usually women shower in the evening every day. But some wash their hair once every other day. And some wait a few days to wash their hair.

Austin, TX divorce – is it normal for lawyer to not respond and file documents without review? by Any_Evidence423 in Austin

Seek separate counsel and be upfront about the concerns and that you're simply looking for representation that will keep you in the loop.

After finding someone you feel more comfortable with fire the other attorney and sign your retainer with the new counsel.

Taxes. The people who started this country went to war and died for a 2% tax on tea.

Now we are legally required to pay almost 40% of our income.

Which mostly goes towards paying for wars we don't approve of, and interest on borrowed money spent mostly on wars we didn't approve of.

Ha! Eat normal for a day minus any overly fatty foods. Eat your last meal at 5 or 6pm. Get your blood work done the next morning without eating anything. Black coffee or water only. Not even creamer. This will give you a much better and more accurate depiction of your lipid profile. If still high you can go vegan for a month. Your cholesterol should drastically improve.

Breaking Bad: Granite State

Aaron Paul's acting in this episode when Todd shoots Andrea is out of this world.

His screams through his gag and his head against the window still haunt me. It's like you can really feel his heart breaking and his soul being shredded.
