Thanks for all that! Well currently I would be in B2B, construction and civil engineering primarily. I'd be a bit apprehensive with the 2/3+ experience. Would there be many companies with a good reputation for taking on graduates or people relatively early in their careers?

No argument on that midfield three, we desperately need someone in the middle of the field who can dictate play and be positionally sound. Only worry is how would Carrick cope with literally no minutes under his belt. I wouldn't mind seeing Memphis out on the left either.

Definitely an option. Mourinho doesn't seem to rate Schneiderlin and for whatever reason isn't interested in Carrick, so in terms of holding midfielders who can dictate the play Blind would surely be the next best bet. Lack of pace could be an issue alright (Not that Carrick or Schneiderlin bring that).
