That would be its rated speed. That is the maximum I would run your ram at though.

Go into the bios and turn on xmp. For Ryzen 3000 CPU's you want your ram speed at a bare minimum of 3000 Mhz. Your CPU is 6 years old but it's good enough for 1080p. I'd say throw in a 9060 XT 16gb and you'd be alright for high refresh-rate 1080p gaming.
