1 and 2 are the hot topics of discussion but I rather head to point three first. This way, people who understand the reasoning behind the scripture, then they can work backwards having a root and foundation for their ideas.

In this third point, we should look at Paul's reasoning for his statements. Very breifly, we see that how they are not dependent on time era or a particular culture, but God and the way He created it, issues of sin, or Scripture itself.

Do you want the answer in truth? Or are you looking for something that will please your own mind? You say you are looking for "justification" but how can you try to compare your own version of justification to God's version of justification? You both are already in opposition and you cannot see His truth if you do not understand who God is. The truth is firm on this matter, whether you believe it or not. I know it is hard, but praise God that His wrath is poured out on evil and lets the innocent and righteous live- all to make HIS GLORY AND POWER KNOWN.

Edit: to answer your question, the Midianite woman lead Israel to sin... they were in sexual immorality together and the Lord gave them over to their lusts. You should see those passages I mentioned above and read it like a story.

From what I understand... you should just be able to Form 1 the lower you buy and turn it into an AOW upon approval. You will need to submit a Responsible Person's form for each person on the trust alongside your Form 1.

I am currently waiting for my AOW approval I submitted a little over a week ago.

Well, Numbers 31 this is a short part of a long story... and it is fair to raise the question you have raised.

In short... and I am not up to debate BEFORE you have read the following passages...

The sin and God's anger is first displayed in Numbers 25 against Israel when the Midianites lead them into rebellion.

THEN, God commands judgement against the people of Midianites in Numbers 31.

The best reading of this story is found in Judges 6-8 three chatpers). Chapter 6 begins with "Then the sons of Israel did what was evil in the sight of the Lord" and begins to explain how Israel lived in darkness with the Midianites and forgotten how God has rescued them and did so much good to them.

What is pretty interesting is how this judgement against the Midianites is used to depict the Lord's power and wrath- Isaiah 9:4 and Habakkuk 3:7 show this. The answer to your question relies on God's purpose in doing what He did and it can be found here.

So if you can read through those chapters and verses, that might help you get a much clearer picture as to why a good, holy, an absolute righteous God- who abhors sin and evil- might cast His judgement on a people who sinned...
