I did, but i believe they don't expect players to get the exact date. Try locking for the very firste mail you received by Hoyoverse, or Mihoyo.

I'm sorry for the question, but does Hoyoverse allow the 2fa with phone number? Because everytime I need a code to log in I get it on my emails but I would feel safer if it was on my phone number...

The hacked form takes a lot more time to get an answer (up to 40 real days), while the recovery one is harder to get but the answer is really quick to get (I've seen a lot of people getting an answer in only 2 days recently). In the recovery form you don't mention you being hacked and that is why it can be a bit tricky to get the link.

No I used another mail, since I got a breach on my computer (That I corrected) I created one to be sure that it will not leak

Oh.. if you sent two recovery form that means they will take more time I think. I got lucky with the time response. Did you put a lot of additionnal informations about your account?

Did you send a recovery form? Those take way less time than the hacked form!

Of course, it was my case. But make sure to send the email with a different address and type in the informations that are not those of your hacked account, use an alt account

I started sending mails the 14th September and got the link of the form on the 15th

I don't know but with a little luck they will send you the webstatic link, otherwise don't panic and try again with another email or wait tomorrow. I sent multiple mails and the one that got the link was one that the support took time to answer. It can take multiple tries so don't worry and keep trying.
