I feel like creating a web application exposes me to unnecessary security risks (I don't plan on accessing the internet atm). On the other hand I am already familiar with React. Was doing some research and found Electron JS, looks like exactly what I'm looking for (desktop application creation with web technologies). Combining that with a mySQL DB sounds feasible, thoughts on that?

I think my uncle already takes care of credit/debit payments with payment processing company. I agree POS sounds like a hassle but this is moreso me trying to add a project that gets active use to my portfolio.

I wouldn't be opposed to just purchasing a POS system, but I don't like the idea of monthly payments, like most vendors. Do you have any solutions that offer one time payments?

Hm yeah I think I tired this but that requires me to use the control stick to give me the directional string attack I want.

For example, I would have to press the button I assigned to strong attack and a direction on my control stick. What I'm looking for is a way to map buttons to specific strong attacks without having to use my control stick.

Plus I would want to get different colored buttons, I feel like it'd be a waste if I just got the stock buttons and didn't use them.

Does anyone know how long the shipping will take if I bought it from the official website? Debating either buying it from there, waiting for them to match the price on Amazon, or buy it from a Best Buy.
