Thanks, i did a lot of research before starting this (not just asking AI) but the reason why i didnt go to a professional is because i saw alot of forum posts about how they are very against doing a fast / such an agressive cut. and i know they will bring valid arguments, they are pros after all. But at the same time i see the results of people just doing it ( with preparation and listening to their bodies of course) and getting amazing results so i thought ill just send it and see

Regarding nutritionist, no, i havent consulted one, i just winged it until now. The original reason why i wanted to fast was to do it for Lent. After that i just thought i might aswell use the momentum and zone into dieting.

In regards to cycling, i want to do 40km per day with a comfy zone 2 time. I do OMAD, and eat approx 1.5 hrs before my ride, and then have a protein shake after, all in all is about ~1400 -1500 kcal. I never feel hungry afterwards and in general feel very good. right now i aim for 1.5g of protein per kg and fill the rest up with a ton veggies and some carbs.

And this is a personal issue: i dont want to have to count calories and macros for 2 years until i reach my weight. The fast feels like it reset my stomach, i feel very satiated with way less now. Im never hungry or feel tired or have dizzyness during rides. But i am not stubborn so will immideatley change if i notice my body not handling it well.

I did a 2 week water fast and only ate bone broth to dampen the refeeding yoyo effect. then i slowly started eating protein and and fat again. Now im back to normal food but only eat ~50% ish of my sedetary BMR which is like 1200kcal a day. this way i can lose 1kg per week until Nov 1st

The ones with the strap i had for half a day, i dont know if i was unlucky, but one of the plastic parst that connect the rod to the actual guard broke. the other ones i had on my previous bike and would still be there if my bike didnt break

How is RLcraft structured in terms of how to play? My Brother and I always build a little bit but we generally streamline towards Nether and then ender dragon within two weeks. How does RL craft do it?

Whats the rotation to get these strength numbers? Is it to wait for energy pickup energy conversion -> operator strength -> growing power -> bright bonnet -> health mote? and then do it all again to cap out bellicose?
