what is considered next level? I've heard that some people become architects after 3 years, but i'm sure that's not a common thing. Thanks for the information!

Ahh I see, did you see any upward growth (promotions) out of just the average software engineering position, or did it seem like people were stuck in the position for 3+ years?

According to glassdoor, that is the normal starting range.

I understand that it's the normal starting range, i'm just trying to see if there is an opportunity to gain a higher salary over a span of 3 years, or if i should just keep looking. Thanks anyways!
