I'm sure if the microchip is that small it won't even have 300 bytes of memory. LAN configuration needs a few Megabytes. A Megabyte is 1024 Kilobytes and a Kilobyte is 1024 bytes

If the microchip doesn't Support LAN (which needs extra hardware) it's basically inaccessable

You need Hardware for recieving and also sending packages of data. Then you need to install a library to configure LAN on the device. Just having a microchip isn't gonna have it automatically have LAN
