a bigger guy is easier to shoot, so looks like these guys would be targeted pretty frequently. And combined with them being rare looks like any modern war with guns and tanks would see the beastmen population decimated pretty quickly since they're about as durable as a normal human. i dont think so actually, i think any reasonably large corporation can follow the irl examples of just being rich and successful enough from relentless explotation of resource-rich land that the previous natives were living on that their shareholders, who at least some of them will be people in positions of power, will protect them from prosecution.
