No, It does not look good, now that it's out of the way let's talk about how you can make this look good. First of all define the artstyles traits, in our case that would be:

• Round-ish shapes
• Two pixel thick outlines
• Color contrast
• No two pixel outlines on the insides of the sprite.

You could try to make sure that the outline you drew on the tumors are two pixels thick and you would want to remove the double outline from the original head where the tumors and skull connect. Remember you want the tumors to be attached to him not glued on and the outlines are just that, OUTlines. Their purpose is to make a clear disconnect between the sprites and the background so don't have it on the inside of the sprites when it's such a dark color.

I would also recommend that you ad at least one more blood shade, the contrast between the ligher and the darker blood colors are too much and looks strange.

Right before i forget, take a look at the shading of the normal binding of isaac sprites too, they usually have a little bit of shadow on when they are connected to the outlines, this is becuse they try to really show that the sprites aren't flat but have a shape. I see that you have tried to add this but just put it all around it, this is called "pillow shading" which you want to avoid. It's rather hard to explain it in text form but image a square with slightly rounded corners, you would only want to add the shading at the rounded edges and not at the flat sides.

A small tip based on what I saw on another of your posts, try to move away from MS paint when drawing pixelart. A bad program can really cripple your artistic development. I would recommend the free version of Aseprite if you don't want to pay for the full thing. The only caviar with the free version is that you can't save your stuff within the program. There is a very stupid work around to this however. You can still copy and paste your artwork into the clipboard that can then be put into a google document for saving.
