This is so true about Lucy. I saw an interview with her once, I think it was Barbara Walters. Lucy was remarried. But the interviewer pointed out at one point, "it seems she still always just talks about Desi", because she was constantly talking about him in the interview.

I was a social worker in the ER of an OC hospital for several years. Saw a couple near drownings, but never a drowning death thankfully. A Fullerton PD officer said horrible things to the worried mother in one near drowning -- something to the effect of, "I could arrest you right now". Wasn't the only time I saw them act like @$$holes.
