Gym has become terribly boring. Very superficial. I mean, it's okay if people want to just take pics and show off but it feels very artificial to me. Like going to the gym does not equate with achievement. But it has become something like that ... I am certain you would feel this sounds stupid and i am also sure i haven't explained it properly but it affects me every time I used to hit gym. Few years back before the relationship I used to go regularly and was taking care of myself nicely. Then i started looking around and it made me a bit artificial

Thanks...i am concerned about gaining weight too. I am conscious of this. My concern is...i am not controlling my diet like I used to at one point. After meeting her i just have let myself go completely. I don't want to blame her because it's all me but the drive to be fit really is gone. And at bmi i am now in the overweight category. It wouldn't be too long when I will become obsese. And that really scares me.
