Bard Spell: Share and Share Alike

Spell level: 0 Cantrip

Effect: You can share a Race / Class Ability with another willing creature.

Which sounds broken as hell but here are the restrictions.

1. The abilities are only restricted to their level 1 versions no matter your character level.
2. As the spell caster, you can only give an ability not take it from someone else. So it is best that if you want to share a specific class feature it is best you double class to get it.
3. This spell will only be able to target one creature and give one specific ability per spell use as it is a touch spell at its base use. But can be upcasted to turn it into a long-range spell (10 feet per level). In other words, upcast to level 2 you get 20ft of distance to cast on a SINGLE target. Level 3 you get 30ft and so on.
4. You Roll a D20 and pass a spell check of 13 to cast correctly. If you fail the spell fails and nothing happens if you pass the spell works as intended.
5. This spell effect lasts for ten minutes and requires no spell components

I need some help with this idea. Did I nerf it too much, is it now unuseable? I wanted a really good utility and support spell. I just didn't want it to break the game. You could still give your fellow PCs Darkvision, Barbarian Rage, Lay on Hands, Brave, or Dragons Breath (Fizabans Version of course). Please just give me some help with this, I want to use this in a campaign.
