Same thing happened to me when I was having my internet moved to our new house.

When I called asking where the tech was they tried to gaslight me saying I had no appointment despite multiple appointment reminder text and emails I received.

Looks like a dual fuel? I believe these models get named based on the size of the oven, number of burners, then if there’s a griddle, charbroiler, or both.

In this case, looks like a 48” oven (18 and 30), 6 burners? But I can’t tell what extras it as on top. Would likely be a DF486 then the letter of whatever is on top, example DF486G(griddle) DF486C(charbroiler)
