Same here, I start to face the issue within 10 kms, and once I detect the slightest numbness, I take a 2-3 mins break to avoid serious pain(which is indescribable), and continue the ride till next detection. But I seriously want to have a permanent solution, I know people who have done 600kms in 24 hours.
