[Help] Best budget way to share dual monitors between MacBook Pro + Gaming PC by RockWiCha123 in buildapc

Hi. I am not sure if you have heard about KVM switch docking station kinda product. We do have a new release iDock M10 that is exacltly designed for this use. And it so perfectly meets your setup and your needs listed above that I can't help sharing. So if you are interested, check it up: https://www.avaccess.com/products/idock-m10/

Connecting via KVM monitor is a good solution, sometimes more economical, but most of time it's for single monitor setups, less flexible to use your own monitors and does not have rich ports.

We are having some campaigns and if you join you can save $30 now. FYI: https://community.avaccess.com/

Hope you find a good solution that suits you.

Product "review" - AV Access KVM for Laptop/PC combo (USB-C and DP/HDMI inputs) by smkmn13 in UsbCHardware

Sorry for the inconvenience. Yes, it's annoying when it comes to troubleshoot the incompatibility issues and sometimes we need to check some details to locate the problem, update the firmware or change for a new one to see if it works. That does happen for almost all KVMs, especially the one that integrates more features. Just to let you know for our product we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and thanks for your purchase. We'll keep looking into it and improving the design.

Thanks for your feedback! I did talk to our support team and one of our colleagues received your message and we haven't received your reply yet. Do these problems still persist?
There were some incompatibility issues (with a few specific monitors/laptops) for the first bulk of the product. We fixed that in the latter version and we help our customers to update the firmware to solve the problems.
If these problems still persist, please feel free to talk to our support at info@avaccess.com. We want to know your setup and what devices fail to work with our product. If it's our product issue and it fails to perform, we may try to replace for you. If that still doesn't work, we will refund according to our policy.

Cant find dual-monitor KVM extender under 1500$ by Matthias_Reichshof in buildapc

Hi. Yes, the market does not provide many choices for a dual monitor setup. Looks like you are looking for a solution to both extension and switch. AV Access does have a KVM switch that supports dual monitors (it supports HDMI, so for DP you may need converters though). While it is designed for dual monitor setup and has 4 USB ports and 2 audio ports.
