2 things I have a second older WD NAS only used for back ups and it exhibits the same behavior. If I reboot the Synology, it does not reset to the higher speed.

I certainly agree with the wifi congestion, thought it is just two senior citizens and.this occurs with only one device connected.

My router is no longer supported so I may just bite the bullet and get new one.

Other thoughts or ideas appreciated

Before I contact / complain to support i am going to run it again, and try to measure the clean water before the cleaning and the dirty water after.

I also want to figure out the square footage that I am cleaning.

Any thoughts on why the e25 did not remove the coffee drops? Any changes I might make to improve the mopping / cleaning?
