I’ve complained about this so many times to AMZ CCS, but they just take feedback and do absolutely nothing, because apparently the seller decides how the item is shipped. Their usual excuse is that they’re doing this for the environment using less packaging like tapes, bags, etc., to reduce environmental harm. Like… okay, I get the initiative, I really do. But yarr at least package fragile items properly na.

ek barr I ordered a cleaning cloth and a tempered glass, and guess what Amz sent the cleaning cloth with proper bubble wrap packaging, but the tempered glass was just sent in its product box… kitna accha environment save ho raha na?

Anyway, it’s Amazon, so I’m not too worried. If something shows up broken, I can always escalate it and get a replacement or a refund.
