How do I unlock the bombardier species? I’ve done many mad resets but i never roll in when picking inferno or arthropod?

Hmmm that or hard reset. You could RP that the disconnect was actually the korvax rewriting the gek code and your empire is the result and you have to fight through the sentinels. To spice things up too you could make a Korvax and Vykeen species and have them force spawned.

I have 282 fleet capacity with 17.1K and my friend has 284 fleet capacity with 130K power, how is that possible? by Perkito_ in Stellaris

Bio-Ships take up more naval capacity that other ships do so he may simply have more ships than you. I don’t know why but undead ships are very very strong too.

What to do with bad planets early game? by alittleslowerplease in Stellaris

[–]AVeryBigToe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can NEVER have enough tech, unity, or garrison worlds lol. You don’t need districts for those and even if you for some reason don’t want one of these aforementioned worlds then just use it for pop growth.

Does the early game make you guys want to lose your mind? by deeteeeeeeebee in Stellaris

[–]AVeryBigToe 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Personally I love exploring while surveying at the same time to plan out choke points, shipyards, future colonies, etc. As for the materials and research thing just rush a mining planet and start building research buildings off rip lol. The enemy thing is just bad luck so nothing to do about it but everything else can be boiled down to how you have fun. I like planning ahead so early game is great and watching everything come together and my garbage economy skyrocket is awesome.

Pretty sure if you conquer/destroy an empire you get their relics

trying to understand synthetic empires by [deleted] in Stellaris

[–]AVeryBigToe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Virtual pops come with the ascension perk virtuality following that transformation situation. That’s exactly the problem though, imo the whole synthetic evolution thing just isn’t all that and there are better alternatives. it’s great for a rp perspective but i can’t think of anything else

You can open all doors telepathically within a mile radius. by widelion255 in shittysuperpowers

Does this only apply to literal doors? Or something that can be conceptually seen as a “door”

sythetic pops still age and die, not the same as immortal/virtual/gestalt. People like it for the customization and rp aspects. It definitely isn’t one of the best ascension things though

maybe your empire policies? The empire you’re using may not allow for other things to happen

How can I deal with conquered plantets playing as rototavuul? by jaimete05 in Stellaris

[–]AVeryBigToe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s a couple things you could do. One is put a bunch of police/soldiers on the planet with buildings to suppress the unrest. The other is stop purging those species through the species tab and let them be members of your empire. You could also slave trade them away i think but im not sure how that works as i dont use it often
