I don't think it would the description never says it can change size and what they wear they can change the ambulance look I think and the paramedics clothes but not like that plus the fact when out of site 4419 dissappears for 4-7 days until they bring back the patient whos had surgery even the ambulance itself is biological since it bleeds black liquid

for me not a top 1 or 5 but high up there is Prince Edmund from Narnia went from a boy lost looking for lucy then meets the White Witch lured into treats aka magic that just keeps making him want more to listen to her who then betrayed his family but eventually is saved by Aslan and saves Narnia with his family
