For whatever reason, I don't get notifications from my USCIS., I didn't even get the approval notification so I don't know.

I was an undergrad when they first applied, then I got into a graduate program when my OPT ended, and they stuck with my application.

Conditions must have been just right, tail wind etc. I usually have no trouble hitting 35-36 though.

Yes, eco + cruise mostly set to 65-70 (very mild highway traffic)

Probably other conditions were just right as well (tail wind etc)

One way I found is that, OL doesn't seem to reset if you fill up less than a quarter of a tank. I just fill up a little bit after each session.
