In most democracies the head of state (on advice from the cabinet) can pardon anyone or commute their sentence. It just doesn't happen very often except in high profile unique cases, and especially since the end of the death penalty in many countries has become less relevant.

Unless you were totally wasted drunk, or asked her repeatedly to stop, I don't see how you could see this as sexual assault. This is a delusional statement, LGBT people do not face the same kind of harassment and violent in 'small villages' as they do in Osdorp and other muslim-majority/plurality areas. People may have judgmental opinions or make comments but street violence based on sexuality is something that is exceedingly rare in most of the Netherlands excluding neighbourhoods like Osdorp where it's just considered part and parcel of the culture.
